1) Subpoenas issued for Sara Taylor by the Senate Judiciary Committee for 10 am Wednesday, July 11th and for Harriet Miers by the House Judiciary Committee for Thursday, July 12th.

2) Wednesday, the House Judiciary Committee will consider the Libby matter, "The Use and Misuse of Presidential Clemency Power for Executive Branch Officials"

3) Thursday the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions considered the nomination of James W. Holsinger, Jr to be Surgeon General
